This picture was taken during the Golden Cup, 2007. Golden Cup was a name SPREAD chose to call Cup of Excellence (www.cupofexcellence.org) during the trial in 2007.
Emma Claudine (The woman in red) a journalist from Radio Salus interviewed different stakeholders among them farmers, cuppers, judges, buyers, participants, government officials.
The man being interviewed is Paul Kalisa a cupper, a judge of the Golden Cup and a staff of SPREAD coffee advisor in the southern province of Rwanda. He played a big role in selecting the best coffee during the screening process.
