Berta Four Gospels (Q-906), 12th cent. 22.5 x 17 cm. Parchment. Mtavruli hand; The cover is reverted in gilt silver; on both sides of the cover feature relief representations of the “Crucifixion” and “Deisis” scenes, adorned with semi-precious stones; only miniatures of the Evangelists are inserted in the text. The reverting of the cover belongs to Beshken Opizari, representative of the Opiza School of goldsmithery.
