Carried out by Radio Universal and Universal Televisora Color of Cordoba Province, Argentina, this project had as its objectives the creation of a mass media system of radio and TV to provide information to rural areas, the creation of educational programming for use in the schools, as well as the creation of training programmes for both teachers and students in mass media use and production.

The broad aim of the project devised by Fundación Solidaridad was to contribute to ongoing reflection on the role of women in public life and to assist in training women producers and directors in the techniques of making video films for use as communication and educational tools.
