Further to the evaluation of the Information for All Programme (IFAP), the Director-General requested the Secretariat to assist the Council to clarify its strategic positioning by ensuring that a strategic plan is developed before the beginning of the 34C/4 medium term strategy period. This forum provides a platform for discussions to all stakeholders involved in the strategic planning exercise.
